As a talented Senior Engineer (Microsoft 365 Expert) you will join our multinational IT Team directly contributing to development, integration, customization, ongoing support and maintenance of u-blox Microsoft 365 Services (Teams, SharePoint, etc.). You will actively work on the improvement and maintenance of them, and will contribute to the team with your specific technical expertise to help steer the strategic direction towards fully implemented services matching u-blox specific business needs. The position holder will work closely together with the internal end-users as well as with the external consultants. You will be working in a high-tech, innovative and multicultural environment, in which you will leverage your expertise, creativity, autonomy and communication skills.
F urther development of u-blox Microsoft 365 services (designing, implementing, testing and documenting new solutions) Analyze and optimize performance of Microsoft 365 solutions Operation on MS Teams (including PBX/PSTN integration) and other Microsoft 365 services Managing IT service requests and incidents (new configurations, technical requests) Ensuring security & compliance in cooperation with the respective team of experts Establishment and further development of service management in the Microsoft 365 environment in cooperation with the service management specialists Provide 2nd and 3rd level international support for the Microsoft 365 services Improve the Maturity level through organization Collaborate closely with IT Services and IT Operations teams to ensure service availability Collaboration with external consultants regarding configuration, customization, integration Creation and maintenance of technical documentation Support of internal customers, writing usage guides and organizing trainings
Master degree in computer science, electronic engineering or equivalent education (STEM discipline) Excellent knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 platform Certified on and/or deep expertise working with Microsoft 365 cloud solutions, especially Office 365 and SharePoint Online in medium or large companies Clear understanding of the Windows operating system and related technology stack (e.g. Active Directory) Proven experience in creation and troubleshooting of PowerShell scripts to support automation of tasks Quick comprehension, with a high degree of initiative and good problem-solving thinking in an innovative and very dynamic environment Collaborative and motivated team-player with the ability to work independently and a can-do attitude Fluent English communication skills (written, spoken) Holder of a valid work permit for Italy
